If you need to point your clients to a help site, you can direct them towards https://docs.pagehostcloud.com
if you would like to use your own domain or sub domain name instead, then please follow the steps below:
Edit your domain's DNS settings and add a new A record pointing to 69.16.194.52
We suggest using a subdomain name like "help" or "docs" from your white label domain, but you can use any domain you would like.
After the A record was added, please contact us with the domain name you have set up via support@kickpages.com so we can set up your site
If you have trouble setting up the A record, you can also let us know beforehand and we can help you setting the DNS up.
